Project Objective
The goal of this project is to create a new desktop application and mobile app for our customers to management the product inventory in their warehouse.

My Role
  • Researched how other online inventory apps in the market worked
  • Created different scenarios to accommodate different user experiences
  • Created lo-fi wireframes for every functionality in early stage in Axure
  • Created hi-fi prototypes with dynamic content, conditional logic in Axure
  • Created the basic adaptive view of the desktop app’s responsive layout in Axure
  • Worked with front-end dev to create responsive Bootstrap UI library
  • Designed the UI of the app
  • Provided detailed style guide with new look based on Bootstrap framework and Mouser's corporate colors to maintain consistent look and feel
  • Worked with the Development team and provided design advice and feedback to the mobile app
  • Worked with Business Analyst to create a Help content page for users
  • Collaborated with Business Analyst, Development team, Project Manager and QA team along the way to provide the best user experience, and succeeded together as a team
  • Adopted and Practised Agile methodology throughout the entire software development life cycle
